To ensure that I can accommodate all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted me to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. I understand that unexpected events can occur, and I will do my best to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis.
